This is why I love GPTs for repetitive tasks in teams. Not everyone prompts well, and that’s fine. You create a guided system that’s hard to break and everyone produces stronger work. I love how you embrace Custom GPTs 🩷🦩
Thanks team, this is an incredibly comprehensive guide and definitely one that I'll think about using in the future if I come to develop my own ChatGPT agent. Do you think this is a sustainable way of eventually making revenue as well?
I think of Custom GPTs as a necessary first step. On their own, they’re focused tools. Over time, they can also become building blocks for agentic workflows, basically multiple agents each doing one job well, with a coordinating agent moving work between them. This is my 2026 goal.
Revenue comes with a paywall, which is not currently allowed within the ChatGPT Store/Explore space. I had wondered if it would be like an App Store, but no word on that as far as I’ve heard.
Agentic Workflows would merit a paywall, in my opinion, because development costs are involved (APIs, etc)

Yes, that is a perfect use case, especially when you're on point to bring AI to your team. They are lucky to have you.
